Agronomic Efficacy and Practicability Of Chemical And Biological Products

Laboratory tests:

• Analysis of sensitivity of pathogens to fungicides, bactericides, resistance inducers, fertilizers and biological products in vitro, through evaluations of growth rate, percentage of mycelium inhibition, conidia germination in plates and colony growth;
• Confrontation tests between biological agents and pathogens in vitro and evaluation of inhibition halo;
• Evaluation of the efficacy of chemical and/or biological seed treatments, including options from blotter test for identification and quantification of pathogens to germination analysis, sand emergence, seedling growth parameters and phytotoxidez;
• Evaluation of mortality of nematodes in vitro with the use of chemical and/or biological products. 

Greenhouse trials:

• Evaluation of efficacy of fungicides, bactericides, resistance inducers, fertilizers and biological products, in seed treatment or aerial part, for various pathosystems. - Evaluation of incidence, severity, area under the disease progress curve (AUDPC) up to analyses of germination, emergence, plant growth parameters and phytotoxicity.
• Evaluation of the efficacy of chemical or biological products, with nematicide or resistance induction action, determining the level of damage (galls and lesion counts), plant growth parameters, phytotoxicity and nematode reproduction factor.

Field trials

• Evaluation of the efficacy of fungicides, bactericides, resistance inducers, fertilizers and biological products used in soybean, maize, and winter cereals crops. Assessments include incidence, severity, area under the disease progress curve (AUDPC), control percentage, and productivity components.
