Employees across Agronômica came together to support children in need, transforming teamwork, generosity, and corporate values into meaningful social impact.
In October, the Agronômica Games were driven by a purpose that went beyond competition. In celebration of Children’s Day, this month’s challenge focused on the corporate value of Social and Environmental Responsibility, encouraging employees to contribute by donating milk and toys to an institution dedicated to the care and development of children.
The initiative mobilized teams across the company, creating a true chain of solidarity. More than earning points, each donation represented a gesture of care, empathy, and commitment to the community. Employees’ participation demonstrated that when people unite around a common cause, they can create a positive impact that extends far beyond the workplace.
The results of the campaign were truly inspiring: 1,012 units of milk and 527 toys were collected, totaling 1,539 donated items that will be delivered to children, bringing moments of joy and providing meaningful support for their daily needs.
The value of Social and Environmental Responsibility encourages individuals and organizations to look beyond their everyday activities and recognize the role they play in building a more caring, inclusive, and sustainable society. This campaign provided an opportunity to put that value into practice, reinforcing the idea that small individual contributions can lead to significant change when combined through collective effort.
