Bringing the spirit of the FIFA World Cup 2026 to life through teamwork, values and social impact
As the excitement of the FIFA World Cup 2026 takes over the globe, Agronômica proudly joins the celebration, wearing their colors, supporting their national teams and sharing the passion that unites millions around the world.
But at Agronômica, the spirit of the game goes far beyond football. Inspired by its values, the team is launching the Agronômica Cup, an internal initiative designed to bring colleagues together through collaboration, purpose and friendly competition.
Within the framework of the FIFA World Cup, the Agronômica Cup kicks off this June and will run through December. Teams are ready to demonstrate their values and team spirit by taking part in a series of challenges aligned with Agronômica’s core values.
Employees have formed teams representing countries including Brazil, Switzerland, Germany, the United States, Mexico and Argentina, bringing a truly global and dynamic atmosphere into the workplace.
For this first edition, focused on Team Spirit, the kickoff challenge will invite teams to collect winter clothing to support communities in need, turning engagement into meaningful social impact. The result of this first challenge has been remarkable, with more than 1,100 winter clothing items collected thanks to the enthusiasm and commitment of participating teams. All items will be donated to a charity supporting people in extreme need, reinforcing the positive impact of this initiative.
The Agronômica Cup will conclude in December, when winning teams will be announced and celebrated during the end-of-year event, recognizing performance, collaboration and positive impact.
Through this initiative, Agronômica brings its values to life, fostering teamwork, strengthening connections and reinforcing its commitment to social and environmental responsibility. Because just like in football, true success is not only about performance, but about playing together towards a shared purpose.
